Commercial

Treatment that happens when your doors are shut

Stores, offices and restaurants, worked before or after hours by a licensed applicator trained specifically in food-handling environments.

Why food handling changes the job

A restaurant is not a large house. Product choice, placement and timing are all constrained by the fact that food is prepared on the premises, and a technician who treats a commercial kitchen the way they treat a garage is a liability rather than a supplier. Cade is trained in restaurant and food-handling pest control, which is the difference between a treatment that survives an inspection and one that creates a problem of its own. Scheduling runs before or after hours so nothing interrupts service, and the same organic-first approach applies wherever the environment allows it.

Scoping it without closing anything

The free FaceTime inspection is genuinely useful here. A manager can walk the back of house on camera, Cade can see the harbourage points and the layout, and the job gets scoped properly before anybody schedules a visit. For a multi-unit property, that is often the fastest way to work out whether this is one visit or a programme.

Who already relies on it

“Cade does a great job at taking care of the BlenderBottle facilities when it comes to his expertise in pest solutions. Whatever pest problems we run into, Cade has a solution for.”
Michael Taylor, Assistant Facilities Manager
“We had a 15 unit apartment complex that needed extermination. I reviewed several companies that came recommended. Nature’s Way topped the list quickly. Even before the work was done, I started receiving multiple calls and messages from tenants expressing their appreciation for Cade’s professionalism and knowledge.”
T. R. Williams

The commercial pests that matter

German cockroaches and fruit flies are the two that turn into reputational problems rather than nuisances, and both are jobs of their own. German cockroach work is bid case by case after a free inspection, because severity and spread genuinely change the scope.

One person, start to finish

The person who scopes the job is the person who treats it and the person who comes back. For a facilities manager that means one number, one history and nobody being briefed from scratch on the third visit.
