The widows die. The orb spiders stay.

Cade decides pest by pest, treats the perimeter where the problem actually starts, and comes back for free if anything reappears. Organic indoors, and he does the work himself.

Where that confidence comes from

Eighteen years, ten of them in the deep south, licensed in Utah since 2016.

Cade trained under an entomologist in Houston before bringing the work to Lehi. That is why the answer to a pest problem here is a protocol rather than a spray.

A window well against a home's foundation, filled with fallen leaves

Why the perimeter, not the kitchen counter

Most pest problems are already outside before you ever see one inside.

What the pest does

Spray a line of ants on the counter and you kill the ants that walk through it. The colony reads that as an attack and splits, which is how one problem in the kitchen becomes three more in rooms you had not thought about. Black widows do something similar with surfaces: they will build a web on an area that has just been sprayed.

What Cade does about it

Non-repellents the ants cannot detect, so they walk through freely and carry it back to the nest, and the colony goes rather than scattering. For spiders it is identification first, then frequent free retreatments, because the only thing that keeps a widow outside is going back.

Cade standing beside the wrapped Nature's Way Pest Solutions service truck

Owner-operated since 2016

The person who quotes it is the person who treats it.

No dispatcher, no rotating technician, no upsell script. Customers who have been with Nature's Way for years say the same thing: Cade answers, Cade turns up, and Cade is the one who remembers which spiders you asked him to leave alone.

Winter service

Spring infestations are decided in January.

Overwintering eggs sit in window wells, in retaining walls, in the cracks and crevices along the foundation. A water-resistant dust treatment reaches them there, so the cycle never gets to hatch. Treating in April means chasing what already did.

Four things that do not change, whichever programme you pick.

Unlimited retreats
If something reappears between scheduled visits, Cade comes back, as many times as it takes, at no extra charge.
Money back
Services are 100% guaranteed. If the work has not done what it was meant to, you get your money back.
Two days’ notice
Minimum, before every scheduled service. Enough time to move pet bowls or unlock a side gate.
No upcharges
Every area on the scope of service page is part of the standard visit, not an add-on with its own line.

Nature's Way is the best. Cade listens and provides solutions tailored to the client's needs every visit. Want the black widows dead but not the orb spiders? No problem. He literally works around individual spiders! Need squash bugs dead but still eat your squash? He'll use a food safe product there. Need grubs in grass killed but not the ladybugs and bees? Not to worry, he will target just the areas of grass that need treatment. He'll also clean the cobwebs off the deck railing! His service cannot be beat, and the price is completely reasonable.

We had a 15 unit apartment complex (an old building with several other rooms and breezways/passagesways throughout) that needed extermination. I reviewed several companies that came recommended through various sources and from various experiences. Nature’s Way topped the list quickly. They were able to get on site quickly and were very methodical and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The best part, even before the work was done, I started received multiple calls/messages from tenants expressing their appreciation for Cade’s professionalism and knowledge. I will be quick to use this company again when needed.

Cade is great. Always thorough and honest. His organic product smells good and is safe for my pets and kids. (And it actually works), it’s essential oil based and I’ve found dead spiders along the walls where he’s treated, so I know it’s working. No complaints. Really fantastic experience.

The questions people actually ask.

Indoors Nature's Way uses 100% USDA-approved organic products that are essential-oil based, applied with separate equipment so there is no cross-contamination with traditional product. Customers regularly mention the mild scent and that they are comfortable with children, cats and dogs in the house. Outdoors the hybrid programme uses a microencapsulated product derived from chrysanthemums.

You get a free retreatment. Retreats are unlimited between scheduled services and the work is backed by a 100% money-back guarantee, so if a treatment has not held, Cade comes back out at no extra charge.

Yes. Nature's Way offers a free FaceTime inspection: you request a call back, they schedule a time the same business day, and you walk the problem area on camera. You need an iPhone or iPad that can take FaceTime calls at the number you give them. A free consultation in person is also available.

Both. The standard scope covers lawns and yards, eaves and overhangs, the full garage with glue boards for mice and insects, exterior rodent bait boxes, retaining walls, sheds and playground areas, fence lines and flower beds, plus interior baseboards in every room using the organic product.

The hybrid programme is organic essential-oil product indoors and a longer-lasting microencapsulated product outdoors, serviced quarterly. The 100% organic programme is essential-oil based inside and out, which is the recommendation for allergy-sensitive households, and because organic exterior product breaks down faster it works best on a monthly outdoor visit.

Because that is when the next spring's problem is being set. The winter service is a water-resistant dust treatment aimed at overwintering egg cycles in window wells, retaining walls, and cracks and crevices, combined with an indoor treatment, so the eggs never hatch into a spring infestation.

Utah County and Salt Lake County, worked from a base in Lehi. It is a mobile service rather than a walk-in shop, so treatment happens at your property.
