Residential

Pest control for the whole house, not just the room you found them in

General pest control for homes, using 100% USDA-approved organic product indoors and a treatment plan built around where the problem actually starts.

What a residential programme covers

A residential visit works the outside and the inside as one job. Outdoors that means the lawn and yard, eaves and overhangs, retaining walls, fence lines and flower beds, sheds and playground areas, plus exterior rodent bait boxes and a full treatment of the garage with glue boards for mice and insects. Indoors it means baseboards in every room, using the organic product, and organic garden products and baits where they are needed. Cade is certified in general pest, vertebrate, mammal, bed bug and garden pest control, which is why one visit can deal with the spiders, the ants and the voles rather than three separate appointments.

What to expect on the day

You get a minimum of two days' notice before a scheduled service, so there is time to move pet bowls, unlock a side gate or shift anything stored hard against an exterior wall. There are no upcharges for any of the areas listed above. If something reappears between visits, the retreatment is free and there is no limit on how many times you can ask for one.

Free consultation before anything is quoted

Nobody can price a house sensibly over the phone. The consultation is free, and if it is easier to show the problem than describe it, the FaceTime inspection is free too and gets scheduled the same business day.

Organic indoors, and it means it

The indoor product is 100% USDA-approved organic and essential-oil based. It is applied with separate equipment from any traditional product, so there is no cross-contamination between the two. That detail is what makes the word organic mean something rather than being a label on the same sprayer.

A discount for essential workers

Nurses, doctors, truck drivers, grocery store employees, first responders, educators, military and law enforcement. Mention it when you call. There is also a half-price initial service promotion running at the moment.
