Rodent control

All three rodents are included in every pest package, which is worth knowing before anyone sells you a separate rodent plan.

Outside first, then the entry points

Rodent treatment starts on the outside of the house, because that is where the pressure comes from. Exterior rodent bait boxes take the population down before it reaches the structure, and the garage gets a full treatment with glue boards for mice and insects. Inside, baiting and trapping happens near identified entry points rather than scattered through the house, which is the difference between catching what is actually moving and hoping something wanders past a trap. Mice, rats and voles all pose a genuine health hazard as well as being a nuisance, so this is not work worth putting off.

Voles are a different animal, literally

If you have holes appearing in the lawn and grass dying back in patches, that is likely voles eating the roots rather than a lawn disease. The treatment is bait placed in the areas where the voles are actually active, which means somebody has to read the runs first. It is worth calling quickly, because a vole population working a lawn does visible damage fast.

Included, not upsold

Mice, rats and voles are covered in every pest package. There are no upcharges for them, and there is a discount for essential workers on top of that: nurses, doctors, truck drivers, grocery store employees, first responders, educators, military and law enforcement.

“Had some mice problems. Cade answered our text late in the evening, and came first thing the next morning. Super professional guy, we are sleeping easier at night now!”
